Simple Persian Salad

Salad is a

4 Medium Tomatoes

1 Medium Red

table spoon Fresh Mint or Parsley

2 table spoon

2 lemons juice

How to make

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Mix well and put them into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take out the bowl from the refrigerator.

3/4 cup low fat

1/2 cup rolled
oats (not instant oats) rolled oats a whole grain and less refined

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup coconut
sugar in

2 to 3 drops of
vanilla essence

1/4 cup skim milk

 Fat pinch of pink Himalayan salt

1 tsp baking

 1 whole egg

1/2 teaspoons
instant coffee powder

How to make

By use a glass
cake pan and lightly grease the pan with two to three drops of virgin coconut
oil. Do use the pan, make sure that the brownies does not get stick to the pan.

Once it is nicely
greased place a butter paper over it and make sure you leave around one inch on
the sides as it will help to pull out the brownies.

Once it is baked
the next step is to preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius to mix the batter.

 Use a small food processor as it is much
easier to blend all the ingredients but you can also use a blender instead into
the food processor. 

 Blend all the ingredients in the food
processor for about a minute. you can do this in a normal blend and pour the
blended brownie into the prepared cake pan. Bake the brownie in preheated oven
for 15 minutes. Remember that brownies should be a little undercooked to get
that moist texture.

 so try not to break it more than 15 minutes. Once
it has cooled down remove it from the cake pan and then cut it into your
desired shape. Guilt-free chocolate brownies are ready to serve.
