Tasty Healthy Bread Pizza

Quick and yummy recipe of Bread Pizza loaded with veggies and cheese. Tasty and healthy snacks.

Ingredients :

  • 4 slice sandwich Bread
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 teaspoon pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomatoes chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper coarse
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter


  • Mix all the chopped vegetables and spices with salt in a bowl.
  • Apply butter to bread slices on both sides.
  • Then apply pizza sauce on one side of all the slices.
  • Spread the vegetable mixture on the pizza sauce side and grated cheese evenly.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, keep all the slices on it, cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Tasty Bread Pizza is ready.

Healthy Chicken Salad

This is a cool and refreshing salad to prepare at home. This is very filling and healthy Indian dinner recipes and at the same time, it is tasty also with the combination of tendered chicken vegetables, perfect dressing with some herbs in it.

This is great for lunch or even for suppers This satisfies the taste buds with all the nutrition intact.

First, marinate the chicken breast with some of the following ingredients.

  • salt Pepper
  • ginger garlic
  • little olive oil
  • vinegar
  • dried thyme, you can also use fresh thyme
  • Red chilly flakes

let it marinate and coat on all sides Spread out the marinate evenly Let it rest for around 15-20 mins Start preparing the dressing for the salad.


In a large bowl, add the mayonnaise Add the yogurt, I am using the thick yogurt. The combination of these two ingredients really gives a nice and creamy texture to the salad.

Next add the lime juice Olive oil, mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce Fresh cilantro and mix well Mix little salt as well, make a thick yet flowing consistency Put it in the fridge to chill.

In a bowl, mix in the onions, lettuce, and tomatoes You can use other vegetables of our choice as well Now heat olive oil in a non-stick pan Place the chicken breast into it.

Let it cook on each side for 2-3 mins Flip it to the other side and check if it has done Pork a knife into the chicken to make sure it is cooked Once done and if it gets good golden brown color Remove it onto a plate and let it cool down a bit.

Cut it into strips Now comes in the assembling part Mix the vegetables, chicken strips into the dressing and give it a good mix to coat well You can also check for salt over here.

Also, add in the celery Add in the walnuts, almonds over here Add the croutons and mix well. Add in the Parmesan cheese.

Now the healthy and beautiful chicken salad is ready to plate.

For veg, you can use bell peppers, mushrooms as well.

Veg Pulao

Procedure with ingredients

First heat oil or ghee in a wok.

To this add the whole garam masala Bayleaf, then the cloves, cinnamon stick Green cardamom, and the black cardamom Smash a bit with your fingers Add the cumin seeds Stir this and when they are fried enough, add onions to it.

When onions start to become a little transparent, add in ginger garlic paste to it Saute it for a while.

Next, add in the green chilies Again stir it Now put all the vegetables over here Potatoes, some carrots, cauliflower, peas, and beans You can use any other vegetables of your choice Saute the vegetables for around 2-3 mins on low to medium-high heat.

To this, add in the salt garam masala, mint leaves and the beaten yogurt stir well.

To this add, the soaked rice Saute it gently on low flame so that it’s well coated with all the mixture.

Now, pour in the stock or the water whichever you are using Along with the lime juice.

Mix it well You can check for salt over here Keep it on high flame for 2 mins until all the moisture is taken up by the rice.

When you see very little water bubbling up on the top cover it with a lid and keep it on low flame for around 10 mins or until you see the rice is cooked through.

You can press it with the help of your fingers and check whether the rice is cooked or not.

lastly, sprinkle a few teaspoons of saffron soaked milk all over Its optional Cover it for just 1 more min on low flame.

Now give it a gentle stir You can also use a fork to puff it up.

It is ready and I am going to serve it hot with some fresh coriander and fried cashews on top veg pulao are ready and full of aromatic flavors and spices as we have used a lot of garam masalas.

It tastes best when it is served with some chilled yogurt
