If you like mushrooms, know that they go perfectly with a cutlet or chicken breasts. So you can add strips of mushrooms directly to your pan with the shallots and chicken breasts. You can also taste the Layon chicken supreme with its mushroom duxelles.

Food and wine pairing, chicken mustard dishes generally go well with dry white wine. You can taste it with the dish and even add a good tablespoon in your marinade when pouring it into the pan.
