A young child who is just beginning to walk and teens have plenty in common. Both usually have aggressive hunger.

As teenagers swell and mature; it’s common for them – they tend to eat more and feel hunger. Habitual eating may also change. Following are the different types of food that teenager like.

Oven fried chicken


•          Chicken – 2

•          Buttermilk –
1 cup

•          Panko bread
crumbs – 1 cup

•          White pepper
– 2 Tsp

•          Celery salt –
1 Tsp

•          Kosher Salt
– 1 Tsp

•          Italian
seasoning – 1 Tsp

•          Garlic powder
– 1 Tsp

•          Black Pepper
– 1 Tsp

•          Paprika – 1

•          Melted Butter
– 1/4th cup

•          Dried mustard
– 1 Tsp

•          Ground ginger
– 1 Tsp

•          Baking powder
– ½ Tsp

•          Turmeric – ¼

•          Cayenne – ¼

•          All-purpose
flour – 1 cup

How to make the recipe

Step 1:

Spot the chicken slice with the skin in a plastic bag and spring the buttermilk. Compress the air from bag and seal. Using your hands, massage the chicken and buttermilk. Stir it in buttermilk until the chicken is coated evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes or more up to several hours.

Step 2:

Heat the oven over 425 F. Take a medium sized bowl to add flour, panko bread crumbs, baking powder, herb, and spices mix vigorously with a whisk and keep aside.

Step 3:

Set a baking dish in the oven heat for at least 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk while the pan is heating. Dig chicken in the seasoned flour mixture. Check whether the chicken is coated all sides.

Step 4:

Put the melted butter to the heated baking dish and orderly place the chicken slice with plenty of space between each slice so, they fry properly.

Step 5:

Cheese pizza


•          Maida (or)
organic plain flour or all-purpose flour – 2 cups

•          Active dry
yeast – ½ Tbsp

•          Water – as

•          Olive oil – 1
½ Tbsp

•          Salt – as

•          Organic sugar
– 1 ¾ Tsp

•          Tomatoes –
400 grams

•          Garlic cloves
– 2 (chopped)

•          Red chili
flakes – 1 ¼ Tsp

•          Italian herbs
– 1 ½ Tsp

•          Oregano – 1 ½

•          Pepper – ½

•          Oil – 1 ½

•          Mozzarella
cheese – as needed

•          Mixed
vegetable slices – 1 ½ cups (capsicum, onion, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms)

How to make the recipe

Step 1:

•          Add sugar and yeast to tepid warm water and stir it up. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. When water starts turning bubbly add flour, salt, and water. Mix vigorously and put more water if needed.

•          Twist the dough for 5 to 10 minutes very well until it becomes very soft and flexible. Then oil should be applied to the dough and covered in a bowl until the dough doubles the size.

Step 3:

•          Set a pan on the stove over medium flame and pour oil in a pan. Saute garlic and mix vigorously until it smells good. Put tomatoes, salt, and sugar stir it up until it soaks a lot and sauce thicken. Add pepper and herbs mix vigorously and keep aside.

Step 2:

•          Heat the oven over 240 C for 25 to 30 minutes.

•          Cut the dough
into 2 to 3 portions and flatten it.

•          Add a pinch
of cornmeal over the pizza tray for taste.

•          Few drops of oil should be added to the dough and widen the dough to a round circle of desired thickness.

•          Now spread
the pizza sauce as you required and coat the veggies and cheese.

•          Finally, add a pinch of Italian herbs and red chili flakes.

•          Roast for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese turns golden.

Chicken sandwich with


•          Bread – 2 to
3 (slices)

•          Chicken – ½
to ¾ cup

•          Butter – 1

•          Olive oil – 1

•          Garlic – 1 Tbsp

•          Red chili
powder – as needed

•          Garam masala
– as needed

•          Mayonnaise –
3 Tbsp

•          Mustard
powder – 1/8 to ¼ (optional)

•          Pepper – ¼
Tsp (coarsely crushed)

•          Salt – as

•          Onions – 2 to
4 Tbsp (chopped)

•          Cucumber – 3
Tbsp (chopped)

•          Parsley – few

How to make the recipe:

Step 1:

Toast the bread slice on a griddle by adding butter to it until the bread turns golden and Keep aside.

Boil the chicken or fry in oil to give a tasty flavor and

Step 2:

To saute the garlic add a little amount of oil on the griddle and saute the garlic until it is properly cooked.

Step 3:

 Then add chicken along with salt. Sprinkle little amount of spice powders to the chicken Throw the chicken. And keep aside.

Step 4:

Take a bowl to add pepper, mustard powder, and mayo mix

Step 5:

Herbs and chopped onions should be added and mix

Step 6:

Lastly, add chicken to it and mix everything well.

Step 7:

Chicken nuggets


•          Chicken
breasts – 500 grams (skinless, boneless)

•          Panko – 1 cup
(bread crumbs)

•          Parmesan –
1/3 cup

•          Coarse salt –
as needed

•          Vegetable oil
– 1 tbsp

•          All-purpose
flour – ½ cup

•          Large eggs –
3 (beaten)

•          Cooking spray

•          Honey mustard
(or) spicy ketchup

How to make the recipe

Step 1:

•          Heat the oven
over 400 degrees.

•          Cut the
chicken into 3-inch pieces.

•          Throw panko on a rimmed baking sheet and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes, then shift to a shallow dish. Add parmesan and salt sprinkle a little amount of oil and stir it up to combine.

Step 2:

•          Add flour and eggs in a shallow dish and then strengthen the temperature to 450 degrees.

•          Place a wire
shelf in a rimmed baking sheet, and spread the shelves with cooking spray.

Step 3:

•          Drop chicken in flour and dip in beaten egg, then coat the chicken with panko, set the chicken on a wire shelf.

French fries


•          Russet potato
– 1 evenly sized

•          Vegetable oil
– 1 quart

How to make the recipe:

Step 1:

•          Take a large bowl to add water and soak potatoes for 30 minutes, Dry rigorously with paper towels.

Step 2:

•          Set a deep fryer pan on stove adds oil and heat to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Then add potatoes to the heated oil for about 5 minutes stir and flip the potatoes.
