Last month we had an epic time in our freezer cooking club. Once again, I did not get a photo. One of these days, I’ll get a picture of my sweet friends that I “party” with each month. We spent about 90 minutes completing this month’s menu. We all left happy and with our arms full of meals to fill our freezer.
My tips for a successful freezer cooking session with this menu:
-Have one person buy all the groceries.
-Cook the chicken (for the Taquitos) in a roaster before the cooking session.
-Get subs if more than two people are absent.
-Break into partners and tackle one recipe at a time. (You’ll have four groups going each time.)
Here are the recipes that we used this month. I’ve included the ingredients below each recipe. I multiply each recipe by 8 since we have 8 in our group. You will want to adjust this number accordingly.

3-4 lbs. beef roast

1 T. worcheshire
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. honey
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
