Habit 1 – do you morning exercises. You don’t have to justify your laziness with a lack of time and the fact that you exercise later that day. You have to do your morning workout even before you use your toothbrush and facial cleanser. Start with something easy – do some stretching to warm up your muscles before you get out of bed, then do ten squats. Stick it out for 3 weeks, and it will become a second nature.

Habit 2 – eat your breakfast. No matter how strict your diet is, breakfast is a necessary meal to keep you feeling healthy all day. Especially if it’s the right kind, like a bowl of cereal, green tea, or juice. You will only need a week to get used to this, because your body adapts to food schedules very quickly.

Habit 3 – wash off your makeup when you get home. No matter how expensive or light your foundation is, it’s always healthier for your skin to remain bare and clean for as long as possible. You don’t have to delay washing your face until nighttime. Instead, cleanse your skin as soon as you get home, and apply lotion or treatment (ideal time for such treatments is before 10 p.m.) After a while you will begin feeling tempted to do this, and it will be as necessary as taking off your shoes.

Habit 4 – drink lots of water. When asked about her beauty secrets, Claudia Schiffer said she drinks three litres of water every day. Learn from the best! It’s best to drink mineral water or green tea. Don’t just drink when you’re thirsty – keep a glass of water on your office desk at all times, and in about one month you’ll start craving it every hour or so.

Habit 5 – get enough sleep. Scarlet Johansson unveiled a simple key to looking gorgeous – sleep at least 10 hours a day. Comfortable sleep is quite attainable with a good orthopedic mattress, thick curtains or blinds, and a comfy pillow. Of course, the amount of sleep and the setting required to feel rested is individual for everyone, but it’s safe to say that going to sleep before midnight is the easiest way to fall into deep sleep fast.
